Onzole River Project

The Onzole River Project exists to serve the needs of the many communities living along the Onzole River, which is in the northern rainforests of Ecuador. We invest in culturally relevant educational practices to inspire and equip future generations to be strong leaders capable of making positive changes in their communities. Together with the community we run a primary and secondary school, a community gathering center, and vocational training workshops. We believe tangibly caring for the marginalized is central to Jesus’ message for how we are to engage others, and our hope is to see new generations of compassionate and faithful leaders rise to serve in their communities.
